7. Front Office/Clinical Cooperation — How can we get on the “same page”?

I defined some critical points relative to each of the three areas of PURPOSE, SYSTEMS and TEAMWORK. The VIP Leadership Survey allows me to assess whether or not your team perceives weakness or strength in specific areas. In other words, I am looking for team members’ relative satisfaction in leadership that affects business or organizational effectiveness.
